The Mental Equivalent – 1 part (approx 60 min) teleseminar MP3 plus pdf handout
Dr. Anne Kunath applies Emmet Fox’s “The Mental Equivalent” in modern day terms.
“There is nothing in the universe that you cannot do or be if you are mentally ready. People speak of golden opportunities, but what we call opportunity is really one’s own mental readiness. Napoleon said, “Opportunities? I make opportunities.” And while this would be merely a vainglorious boast for one who is not on the spiritual basis, yet when you do understand the Truth of Being, it is simply a statement of fact.”
~Emmet Fox
Let Anne guide you to take some intellectual discovery about yourself and what you’re doing in and about the things you want to do.
To quote Emmet Fox, “There is nothing in the universe you cannot do or be if you are mentally ready.”

All things be ready if our minds be so
If you’re asking yourself, “Why are things not happening for me? Why is it that I keep asking and keep affirming but it’s not working?” Emmet says that we have to isolate our goals. He called it, “quarantine.”
What Emmet asks is, “What are we putting into this desire we want? How are we building the mental equivalent?” If we are allowing this doubt, he says, “If we are putting 20% into the desire we want, we’re going to get 20% back. It’s going to be lacking in the energy we put into it.”
Your words of today are your world of tomorrow
When we think about our goals, dreams and being aware of what we want and being ready for it, we need to realize that we’re under time lapses. We don’t say it once and have it happen instantaneously. It’s very seldom that it happens that way. It’s a progression of things.
Five golden keys to health, harmony and prosperity
Emmet says that there are many, many ways we can work on knowing the joys and peace of mind. To make anything work in our lives, he gives five special keys.
The first one is accepting God, or energy, or substance, or spirit as some call it, as the one and only source of good. One source, one God, one power, one presence. That’s one key that we need to get in our minds so strongly that we never forget it.
The second key is to be able to go into meditation to communicate, ask questions, and say, “Here I am. What do you want me to do next? Is there an idea I’m supposed to have? What’s my next step?” That’s the second key.
Listen for the other keys.
This teleseminar also includes discussions about:
Putting yourself in the picture
How long to bring about demonstrations?
God says now
Restoration through the golden key
